9 months!
I've been trying to sit down to blog for weeks but haven't been able to find the time...life has been crazy lately...a good crazy...but just lot's going on! Here's a quick update on us....
- Ryder turned 9 months a few weeks ago...he's 29in long (80%)and 21lbs (50%) so he's growing like crazy. He is SOOOO much fun right now...into everything and quite a handful...but at least he's a happy handful!
- We went to the beach last week and he loved it..he really liked eating the sand...I'll post pics on that soon
- Besides having mental breakdowns here and there, Ashley Mac's is going really well! We have a TON going on so it's all we can do to keep up with it...I guess it's a good problem to have so I won't complain(: My latest project has been working on our new website..check it out www.ashleymacs.com and I have a new blog on there (says Ashley's Kitchen Notes) so for you blog lovers, please visit me there and give me some ideas of cooking related topics you would be interested in reading about(: I'm going to try and write a post once a week on there so I need some ideas!
Loves to swing!!!!

In my next 30 years...
"I think I'll take a moment and celebrate my age, the ending of an era and the turning of a page, now it's time to focus on where I go from here.... Lord have mercy on my next 30 years"
I was feeling all nostalgic yesterday when Andy turned 30...for some reason, more so than when I hit the big 3-0 back in December. I was listening to the Tim McGraw song quoted above and just reminded me that we're here, in our 30's, the 20's are gone forever...the "newlywed days" are officially over now that we've had a kid and hit 30 and will celebrate 7 years of marriage in the fall. Ahh, I feel old. BUT, at the same time, I'm so incredibly happy and blessed at this stage of my life and am so thankful to be able to celebrate Andy's 30 years on this earth and pray the Lord blesses him with many more!
The DAY BEFORE Andy's bday I decided I wanted to compile a little booklet of "30 people that Love you"...thank goodness for email and facebook and the fact that Andy's loved by so many friends it was actually really easy to pull together...and he loved it!

Because I don't have enough pictures....
..My mom, Ryder and I met up with my friend Lauren and her little girl, Caroline at the botanical gardens to take some more pics- I've officially decided that you really can't have too many pictures of your children-right?!! We got lots of good ones...and some great pre-engagement pics of Ryder and Caroline...we're starting this arranged marriage thing early! Sorry, I realize this is about 15 pics more than you cared to see...

He Is Risen!
Thankful we serve a Living God, who gave us The Living Word, that we have the privilege to know and serve Him on this earth! Hope you and your family had a great Easter celebrating our RISEN Lord and Savior!
"Dad, please don't be mad at me, I kind of dig being out of my polo's for change"
"Mom, I'm sorry that it took 3 people to get me dressed...I"m happy now though"

"How many more of these things do I have to smile for?"

"haha...Aunt Jules can barely hold me because I'm such a wiggle worm now!"
